I’ll be honest, it’s a lot tougher to do this Self Love stuff in isolation.  Stephen Cope, in his book Yoga and the Search for the True Self , says: “The eyes through which we are seen become the eyes with which we see ourselves.”

With practices like Meditation, we begin to develop a set of Loving Eyes for ourselves through practices like the Loving Presence meditation.  Even as we do some soul searching to get to know those Shadow parts of ourselves, it still remains critically important that we also – simultaneously – continue to develop the part of ourselves that connects with pure unconditional love so we can shine that light on those exiled and shamed parts of ourselves.

Can you see where we could get tripped up in this process of Loving ourselves if we have to rely on these eyes and minds trained to be critical or unforgiving?

How long are the videos?

Each Mindfulness Practice is 10 minutes or less. Videos explaining the mindfulness process, how we form habits, and suggested deepening practices are10 minutes or less. Occasionally I have a combination of both content and practice – those are 10-12 minutes.

Will the videos be available after the 21 Days?

Yes! The Videos are yours to access anytime!  You are absolutely encouraged to continue practicing…for the rest of your Life!
