What Daddy Issues is All About…
The name Daddy Issues might make you laugh—or flinch. That’s the point. It’s a shorthand for the complicated, often invisible ways oppressive systems like patriarchy live in our bodies.
Patriarchy, white supremacy, capitalism, and other systems of domination don’t just shape the world around us—they echo inside our heads. They’re the inner pressure to be good, to do more, to get it right—no matter the cost. They teach us to distrust our needs, to pathologize rest, and silence the parts of ourselves that don’t fit the script.
Somatic reparenting is our way out—a path to dismantling the internalized systems of oppression and replacing them with nurturing, supportive voices that honor all parts of who we are.
And when we liberate ourselves from our inner oppressors, we create ripples of liberation in our communities, shifting the larger systems that perpetuate harm.
In this program, you’ll work with the deepest layers of your subconscious, where your core material and the programming of oppression resides.
Together we’ll begin building a relationship with the parts of you that never got what they needed.

✨ Starting on September 19th, every Friday I’ll release a Practice Preview Audio + PDF for the upcoming week.
✨ Monday afternoons from 1 – 2:30 pm central we’ll meet on Zoom to workshop the practices for the week. You’ll get to receive coaching and any support you might need. Replays will be available.
✨ Once a month on Wednesdays from 1 – 2pm central, we’ll have Monster Playdates. These playful parts work gatherings bring the most unlikable, repressed parts of ourselves out of hiding, shower them with empathy and acceptance, and loosen their grip so they stop holding us back.

Begin by curating your own Life Support Kit—an apothecary of practices that anchors you, teaching you how to regulate your nervous system so you can engage the reparenting process from a grounded and centered place.

Delve into the deep, protective belief that was formed in childhood during a moment of overwhelming stress or trauma. This belief, now held in your body, is the root of what keeps you feeling stuck and at odds with yourself. Identifying your core wound—and all its subtle variations—is the key to unlocking your freedom.

Reimagine your Inner Mother, drawing inspiration from Gaia and the nurturing wisdom of Mother Nature itself. Evaluate how you’ve been mothering yourself and envision the nurturing presence you truly need.
🏇 Week 4: Sculpting Your Inner Father Avatar
Reinvent your relationship with the Inner Father, invoking the disciplined and protective energy of Saturn. Release the toxic grip of patriarchal conditioning and heal your connection with boundaries, discipline, and structure, allowing you to step into your power with a renewed sense of self-authority.

Tap into the wellspring of your Creative Belief—the life force that propels you toward growth and fulfillment. This belief, the dynamic counterpoint to your Core Wound, is your generative power.

This week offers a wide-angle view of where we’re headed. You’ll get an overview of the six core relationships that make up the Daddy Issues reparenting ecosystem—Devotion, Structure, Tending, Boundaries, Support, and Flow.
🏇 Week 7: Defining Your Devotion
Ground yourself in what truly matters by choosing your Devotion—your guiding star for this journey. Through a body-based process, you’ll identify the word or phrase that reflects your deepest longings and unmet needs.
🏇 Week 8: Design Your Quest
Your Quest is the bridge between intention and action. This week, you’ll create a structure that holds space for your Devotion. You’ll design a structure that is flexible, adaptive, and aligned with your truest self.

Pay close attention to the thoughts and sensations that arise as you tend to your Devotion. Show up for the habits and practices that nourish it, unraveling the myth of perfectionism and embrace the power of consistency and curiosity.

Identify the resources that will help you along the way. Anticipate potential obstacles and craft a plan to navigate them. This step is about fortifying your commitment, ensuring that you can show up consistently, devoted to meeting your needs and desires.

Safeguard your journey by establishing boundaries and practices that protect your progress. Learn how to shield your Devotion from distractions, doubts, and any forces that might derail your momentum.
